A completed event P&L should clearly show:

  • Total revenue
  • Total cost
  • Gross profit
  • Net profit
  • Profit margin (%)

Management should compare:

  • Actual vs. budget
  • Event vs. event
  • Event vs. restaurant average

Key Message:
Numbers are not judgment—they are guidance.
